Program Rates 

• Legacy Workshops (2 hours): $25 per youth
• Youth Leadership Labs (Half-day): $50 per participant
• Family Empowerment Sessions (Group format): $40 per household
• Community Events & Pop-Ups: Free or donation-based
Custom packages available for schools, nonprofits, and system partners.

Unbreakable Youth Center (Community Services)

Typical fees (community programs and services)
• Trauma‑based skill group (4–12 sessions): $200–$1,200 per cohort depending on group size and customization.
• Individual empowerment coaching (per session): $35–$120, sliding scale based on income and need.
• Family navigation package (3–6 sessions): $300–$1,000 sliding scale; funder‑subsidized options available.
• Youth enterprise placements / paid micro‑internships: Stipend or hourly pay set per project; negotiated with partners.
• Onsite school or agency workshops: Half‑day starting at $900; full‑day and multi‑site pricing by proposal.

Insurance & Funding
We do not bill insurance, as our services are non-clinical and empowerment based. However, we work with families to:
• Offer sliding scale options based on need
• Accept direct sponsorships and community vouchers
• Provide grant-funded programming when available

Why We Don’t Accept Insurance
Our services are non-clinical, and empowerment based. We do not offer therapy or medical treatment, which means we do not bill insurance. Instead, we focus on:
• Identity development
• Emotional regulation strategies
• Leadership and legacy-building
• System navigation and community support
We intentionally operate outside clinical models to keep our programming flexible, culturally responsive, and accessible to all youth—especially those navigating complex systems.

Sliding Scale & Scholarships
We offer sliding scale rates and community-funded scholarships. No youth will be turned away for lack of funds. If you’re a family in need, reach out—we’ll work with you.

Payment, invoicing, and cancellation
• Payment methods: Bank transfer (ACH), corporate credit card, purchase order, or check as agreed in contract. We accept online payments for public webinars and single‑session registrations.
• Invoicing terms: Standard net 30 terms for contracted services unless otherwise negotiated.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 14 days of a scheduled training may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the contracted amount; same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be billed at full contracted rate. Exact terms are specified in each contract.
• Refunds: Refunds for public events are issued per event policy; contracted work is nonrefundable once deliverables begin.
